The raw material processed in this project is sea sand. Sea sand is directly processed in magnetic separation, gravity separation and other processes to remove impurities in silica sand, and then silica sand with relatively high purity is sorted out into different particle sizes. The silica sand produced are used in glass, casting, refractory and other industries.The production line has a large design scale and produces 1.2 million tons of silica sand every year. It is a typical EPC project conducted and designed by Sinonine. The production line has reasonable process design, compact site layout, high degree of automation, high efficiency of plant construction and considerable economic benefits for customers.
