How the acid leaching tank work in silca sand production line?
The raw sand is fed into the acid leaching tank through the conveying device, and then the heated acid solution is evenly fed into the acid leaching tank. After 6-8 hours of reaction in the sealed acid leaching tank, the acid solution is discharged from tho bottom of the acid leaching tank. Then, clean water is pumped into the leaching tank to was the residual acid in the quartz sand, and then the quartz sand is discharged from the discharge port at bottom of tank. The acid leaching process is completed.
