Working principle of multi deck high frequency screen

The multi-deck design is adopted in the multi deck high frequency screen, and the high frequency vibration motor is equipped on the screen, and the motor drives the high frequency vibration of the screen body, and the materials through the screen mesh are classified into different size specifications. When the multi deck high frequency screen works, the slurry is evenly distributed on the screen mesh through the slurry distributor. After the slurry goes through the screen mesh,  the different size materials are collected to the their outlets and discharged out of the equipment to achieve high efficiency classification operation.
