Recently, the 50 tons per hour quartz sand production line manufactured and installed by Sinonine was successfully put into operation at client project site, the production line uses low-grade quartz sand as raw material, the raw material SiO2 content is only 72%, after cleaning and flotation, and finally SiO2 up to 99.9% quartz sand concentrate is obtained, which helped the client get large economic benefits.
This production line adopts the core technology of quartz sand flotation independently developed by Sinonine. Special quartz sand flotation machine is used and special quartz sand flotation reagents are used in the production process to maximize the removal of impurities in quartz sand, and finally high-purity quartz sand is obtained, which is a leading level in the quartz sand industry. The successful operation of this quartz sand line proves that the Sinonine quartz sand purification technology is mature and can be well adapted to purify the low grade and ultra-low grade quartz sand.
